This group has been created as a means for Vegetarians and Vegans in the Richmond area to meet other like-minded individuals in a casual and fun setting. Our meetups will mostly consist of lunches/dinners at various restaurants around town, but will likely branch out to include other social activities. Please join us and make some new friends!!

This meetup was inspired by a desire to gather a community of people who are interested in exploring pathways to living in a whole new way. Together we will learn how to care for our mind, body, and spirit thorough whole foods, raw foods, green smoothies, yoga, meditation, breath work, bodywork, energy balancing, green living, aromatherapy, and more! I would love to teach cooking Vegetarian/Vegan food inspired by my love for animals and non availability of delicious variety in neighborhood. My cooking is inspired by Indian food and healthy living at reasonable cost. There is no cost to the members, but donation accepted for supporting the group, it is completely voluntary act.
