Introduction
Hi. I live in Seattle and have a 501(c)(3) nonprofit here to help animals in India which primarily helps www.vspca.org animal sanctuary and anyone who would like info about animal issues in Asia please feel free to talk to me.
Tell us a little about yourself, how long you've been vegan, and how you found our group
Have been veg for most of my life, gave up eggs in early 90's, and try not to eat any milk products but hard to do all the time when traveling and eating out. Indian style vegetarianism does not include eggs but does milk. However, the suffering of cows who "produce" milk is great indeed.
