    Cauldwell Esselstyn was great. He may not have talked much about animals, but the fact he emphasized not eating them or any of their products is a huge step forward toward protecting animals and advancing the human condition against aggression...and wow do we need that today. I'll put you on our e-mail list of macro events coming up....Bob

  •  Good to meet you, too. Your pre-vegetarian beliefs were great! I picture ceremonies at which the animals are given award plaques as foods are named after them. "Chicken Pot Pie, named in honor of the illustrious and noble chicken."
