This will be our second monthly potluck brunch. We'll be making fresh baked vegan waffles here. Please bring your favorite waffle topping and/or brunch dish to share.
No need to commit to a particular dish right away, but as the date approaches, please update your RSVP to indicate what you intend to bring. (Surprises are OK, as long as the surprise isn't that we all brought the same thing!)
A few ideas (but not an all-inclusive list, by any means) of brunch items:
fresh fruit
hash browns
soup
tofu quiche
syrup and other waffle toppings
tofu scramble
vegan bacon/sausage alternatives
muffins
dessert
We're located near I-45 and Sawdust Road, in Spring/The Woodlands.
