Introduction: I live in Sq. Hill with my wife Jen, manage the vegan waffle recipe site waffleparty.com, and run a life coaching practice for socially/ecologically conscious people who want to create the life they envision.
Anything else you would like to share about yourself?: I also compose music, love the outdoors, and am completing a book called Naked Idealism.
Are you the only vegan or vegetarian in your family?: My life partner Jen is also vegan.
What is your favorite local vegan-friendly restaurant?: Zenith Sunday brunch.
Are you vegan, vegetarian or just curious?: At home, vegan with cooking and as much as possible in other areas of life; occasional ovo-lacto exceptions when eating elsewhere.
