- I love meeting fellow vegans and vegetarians. I've been vegetarian over a decade now and been vegan for over two years. I love it! I am back in school studying Anthropology at CSUF. I like being active in environmental and social issues.
- What is your favorite vegan or vegetarian dish?

Can I pick one? No, I can't! I seem to get a lot of veggie-chicken when I eat out, though.
- Why did you decide to become vegan or vegetarian?

I stopped eating meat for the sake of the animals, but when I saw the environmental impact of factory farming I knew it was time to go vegan. I also appreciate the health benefits from veganism.
- What would you like to do at our meetups?

*visit Orange County vegan/vegetarian restaurants *potlucks at people's homes and at local parks *themed events, like make your favorite dessert
