I'd like to know what kind of meet-ups you guys are interested in the most. You can choose more than one.

Is anyone interested in doing a vegan themed book club? There are lots of great books out there about the food industry, health, the planet and other vegan related issues. How about choosing one a month or every two months and then meeting at a vegan cafe and discussing the book. Could be fun. Let me know. Earl

I'd like to get an idea of what the best days to schedule meet-ups would be. The Pink Cow will stay on Thursdays, but I'd like to choose different days for other meet-ups. Thanks for your input in advance. Earl
