Introduction

I'm living in Tokyo until Feb 2010, There are no vegan choices at my uni over here.....it's definitely a challenge! Looking forward to meeting other vegans in tokyo!

What is your favorite vegan dish?

At the moment, my veggies with chickpeas and sweet chilli sauce....

How long have you been a vegan/vegetarian?

only 2 months i'm just starting out...I read the China Study and it changed my life!

What attracts you to a vegan lifestyle?

health benefits, reducing my use of earth's resources, reducing animal cruelty

What is your favorite restaurant in Tokyo?

I don't have one...don't really know where vegan food is at in Tokyo.... I find izakaya's are ok because i just order edamame!
