Introduction
Actually I joined Tokyo Vegan Meet-up in 2004, but somehow my account has been removed so I re-joined. Anyway the same reasons as before, I would like to meet other vegans who live in and around Tokyo.
What is your favorite vegan dish?
Pizza, tofu burgers, anything really. Although I really do try to eat healthy.
How long have you been a vegan/vegetarian?
Vegan since 2003, pescetarian since about the mid 90s.
What attracts you to a vegan lifestyle?
I could no longer be part of the systematic abuse and murder of billions of animals every year. Veganism is the only viable option to live a compassionate lifestyle.
What is your favorite restaurant in Tokyo?
Pure Cafe (Omotesando), Kushi Garden (Takebashi) and Chaya (Hibiya)... although I hate them for the shrimp burger still on the menu.
