Re: [vegan-386] baking egg replacement - I use apple sauce, and add more baking powder. It seems to work most times. Sometimes the weather affects my baking...that's a bummer. It is a powder that you combine with water in different amounts depending upon whether you need whole eggs or egg yolks. It has always been a perfect solution for me. baking egg replacement - Snowed in this weekend, so I'm going to bake. I'm still trying to find a good egg replacement for cakes. Tonight's Meetup - For the moment the meetup is still on. However I called ION to reserve a table and they said that if the building decides to close they have to as well I will call them after 5:00 and make sure they will be open tonight.
