Introduction

I've always been interested in sustainable living, simple living, and environmental impacts. After learning about horrendous conditions in factory farming I stopped eating meat, and eventually became vegan. Vegan = healthy + clean conscience.

Are you vegan primarily for health, moral reasons, or both?

I'm vegan to protest factory farming, promote sustainable living practices in a planet with finite resources, and because it makes me feel great. As a side benefit, I feel healthier than ever.

"I'm game. Yay. But the reason it's empty is that the quality of Ahimsa's food is uneven. The first couple of times I went, I raved about it to friends. The next couple of times it was rather bland, not much spice. No flavor = no customers...."
