Introduction
I moved to New Haven in November, 2006 after living in the Hartford area. I run my own business as a vegan personal chef and give cooking classes throughout the state.
Are you vegan primarily for health, moral reasons, or both?
I became vegan in 1997 for health reasons, but the more I learned about factory farming and modern agricultural practices, I became stronger in my convictions not to harm other beings or the environment.
